By creating an account or using FBReach ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
FBReach is a Facebook Page management tool that allows you to schedule posts, generate AI content, manage inbox messages, and view page analytics. The Service requires connecting your Facebook Business Pages via Facebook Login.
3. User Responsibilities
- You must be at least 18 years old to use FBReach.
- You are responsible for all content posted to your Facebook Pages through FBReach.
- You must not use FBReach to post spam, illegal content, or content that violates Facebook's Community Standards.
- You must not attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or disrupt the Service.
- You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
4. Facebook Platform Policy
FBReach operates in compliance with Meta's Platform Terms and Developer Policies. You must also comply with Facebook's Terms of Service when using FBReach.

5. Subscription & Payments
- Free plan: Limited to 10 posts/month, 5 AI generations/day, 1 Facebook Page.
- Pro plan (৳499/month): Unlimited posts, unlimited AI, up to 3 pages, auto-reply bot, analytics.
- Payments are processed manually via bKash/Nagad and verified by our team.
- Subscriptions are non-refundable once activated.
- Pro plan expires after 30 days and must be renewed manually.
6. Limitation of Liability
FBReach is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to missed posts, Facebook API downtime, or AI-generated content errors.
7. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us at mozahidislam343@gmail.com.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you by email or via the dashboard. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
